We checked out this afternoon, well we enjoyed staying here, The pictures is a true representation of the apartment which accommodated all of us, unfortunately we dont have pictures, all the bedrooms are clean and separated . It was perfectly suited to fulfil our needs as tourists and much better so than a hotel, the building has got a pool and Wi-Fi . Several friends of ours who were in NYC at the same time as we were rather disappointed with their hotel accommodation impressive lobbies but small and not particularly nice rooms.It was also a great relief to me that the internet connection worked flawlessly, so that I could expedite business mail all the time and use the internet info services for the city. We shall definitely come back and also recommend the apartment to our friends including you. The apt was perfect-close to everything and we certainly tried to do everything. the park, the theater, the food, the tours, the walking,the buying better walking shoes, the people watching. The beds were great no back problems at all. We made use the of the airport shuttle which came as a great relieve for us. Please could you remove this listing ASAP and any other listings by the group? I would hate to think someone else was being scammed in the same way we nearly were!

For the last few days we’ve been talking to ‘Richard Penn’ and just confirmed a booking for next year when we go to NYC for our wedding!

The b*stard sent us lovely emails and we actually wired the money via Western Union this morning – but then this evening I had a funny feeling and Googled his name, only to come across this site (and a number of other sites too) talking about the same thing.

Luckily, we just called Western Union and they managed to cancel the transaction as it hadn’t been received by ‘Richard’ yet – and thank god, it was the last of our savings for our wedding!!

I’m going to email them now and report the fraud. Really hope no-one else has been scammed!

am kind of assured they will enjoy their stay. Due to orders placed on individual calls we

have limited use of telephones for now, l would have preferred a direct call conversation

with you. My home # 206-338-2503 though currently disconnected to an answering machine

being that am not at home.

Due to my present location am unable facilitate the bank transfer rather than check payment,

but let me explain to you how things work here,the check payment depends on the currency am

required to pay with regarding the transaction,once I sign the confirmation from base, the

base commander finance team will issue the check payment through a fellow comrade banking in

Europe or possibly in same country but must be a serving officer and credit him through my

account on confirmation you have being paid.

Thanks for the update. l appreciate the home and do wish to reserve the specified date and am kind of assured they will enjoy their stay. Due to orders placed on individual calls we have limited use of telephones for now, l would have preferred a direct call conversation with you. My home # 206-338-2503 though currently disconnected to an answering machine being that am not at home.

Due to my present location am unable facilitate the bank transfer rather than check payment, but let me explain to you how things work here,the check payment depends on the currency am required to pay with regarding the transaction,once I sign the confirmation from base, the base commander finance team will issue the check payment through a fellow comrade banking in Europe or possibly in same country but must be a serving officer and credit him through my account on confirmation you have being paid.

The check payment is for the total of which the bill may came up to and more money, which I intended to use of in another arrangement for them on a trip to Hawaii but for less number of days, but since they are off their jobs they can spend more time together in your place. Upon receipt of the check payment deduct your total rental cost and turn over the balance to an agent who was recommended by a fellow comrade, to offset other logistics arrangements for the couples like flight tickets, car hire, sightseeing in the area, brief set up tours around, meals/chef and basket with wine/champagne/liquor for a pre-determined amount though the negotiation with the agent is not yet concluded, this is desired to make their honeymoon most memorable. As I write this,the agent is supposed to contact me through e-mail to assert his ability to take me up on the offer of logistics for the couple ,if not I have you contact a local agent to do so for them that is if you don t provide such services.

sq. ft and Bedding arrangements are : 2 queen-size bed(s), 1 futon 2
