The apartment is located at 52 w 58th street Ny 10019, the apartment is centrally located and is a Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, approximately 2000 square feet, located in New York city,very close to major subways and easy access to everything the city has to offer. The bedrooms contain a king sized bed and two Queen beds (all towels and linens provided). The living room contains a futon couch, a coffee table, shelves dining table and chairs for 8 and a TV with built in DVD player. there is also a well-appointed office nook with wireless(Wi-Fi)connectivity, cable modem, dial-up modem hookup and space to work .Apartment comes with a brand new Sony Flat Screen Plasma TV. Central Air and Heat which you control, DVD Player, Great sound system, The kitchen is spacious and simple with plenty of storage and counter top space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster(all dishes, silverware, and pots included. The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub with a shower-head, iron and ironing board. It is fully equipped with an elevator,phone (free local calls) a coin-operated laundry room in the basement.
