The rent for your stay is £3300 (@ £100 per night) but to secure the
place 50% of the rent will be required plus a refundable security
deposit of £250, so all you need pay to secure the place is £1900.

However, I want to alert you on the fact that you will be receiving the Check or Money Order this week or next week and payment will cover your cost and as well as the shipping cost to be paid to the person that will take care of the pickup in your house. So please as soon as you receive the payment, get it cashed immediately, deduct the money that accrues to you and send the remaining balance to the Head Office of the company that handles the shipment via Western union. More so, I will pay you an extra $100 if you can reserve this for

You`ll need to secure your dates cos someone else is asking for a close date, and to secure the apartment 50% of the rental fee will be required(£450) plus a fixed refundable security deposit of £400, so all you need pay to secure the Apartment is £850..

On your departure date, Your Security deposit of £400, will be fully refunded to you personally by me and the remainder 50% of your fee will be paid on your arrival….
