positiverantals11@aol.com, phone 239-690-6579. Scammer on Craigslist baltimore section. Stole a vacarion rental listing from homeaway.com and posted it as his own. Tried to scam a friend of mine. He has a partner named Pamela Carpenter and he requets money wire through GEMoney Bank. Don’t rent from him and DO NOT wire money to anyone you do not know.
When renting online make sure you have a lease agreement with the exact address of the property you are renting, name of owner, their phone and mailing address. Research them first! DO NOT pay a deposit before you see the lease. Insist on getting a copy of the lease signed by both renters and owners.

Another Ocean City MD vacation rental scammer named James Butler poses as the agent for a Becky Shaeib residing at 790 Lakeshore Dr Stillwater, Oklahoma. Scammed someone I know of $800. Uses jbjamesbutler9@gmail.com
